Coordination of Architectural, Structural and MEP works & production of Shop Drawings

Project Study
During the modeling and generating shop drawings for the 18,000 sqm of this project we found many issues with the existing structural works, ceiling height issues with MEP and structural, tunnel and raised floor issues,....
all these issues illustrated below in details

As Built works for Basement one: After converting the point cloud model to the Revit model we found a lot of issues related to the structural clashes with MEP services in basement one floor

Raised floor issues:
As per design drawings there is a light concrete walls below the raised floor at roof level, and there are a lot of clashes with MEP servers, and to make the opening in these walls will affect on the structural performance, we suggest to replace the light concrete with the steel structure

We work with our client (ACCC) and (National Co, For Tourism Development) for new areas to be added to the project:
1. change size of pall room
2. adding new chalets
and we reflect them in 3D models with render as shown
