The built-up area is around
3,244 SQM concrete construction, to cultural center in Ajloun, the study was for all discipline before awarding the project to help the contractor to find the project issues and QTO before the construction
Input Material: Issued for Construction drawings, and Tender BOQs and specifications
Modelling: Prepare architectural, structural and MEP models for building and site.
Architectural Issues: Many issues concerning locations of windows and doors, uncoordinated structural and architectural elements, wrong dimensioning, .. etc...
Structural Issues: clashes among structural elements, e.g. stairs and beams, incorrect edge of slab locations, clashes in foundation elements, incorrect and incomplete detailing .. etc..
MEP Issues: Clashes with structural elements and architectural elements, clashes between drainage and foundation elements, uncoordinated above ceiling and below floor levels elements.. etc.
Final Report: Detailed report issued to client contained
